Well, its happened again...

Yes, its true. We have lived here less than a year, and today we became a part of the 3rd ward since we got here, and the second brand new just created ward. It is definitely a little different feel than Michigan. When our first new ward was created, there was about 370 members. When that ward was divided on Sunday, it had over 700 members. And our new ward already has 500 members, and there are 92 empty homes in our ward boundaries. A new ward is always a bittersweet thing. Last time it wasn't too bad, we'd only been here just over a month, but now, we've got lots of good friends who are now in a different ward. I guess that is just part of growth of the church, but we will miss them all lots!! It is exciting though, Chris was called to be the ward clerk, and will enjoy serving in the bishopric. We are glad to be of service as long as we are here. I guess we must be good at ward building...or something to that effect.

We've been missing you. Your family is so great and you were always so cheerful and willing to help whenever and wherever needed. And I will miss your weekly RS emails. Let's at least keep in touch through our blogs, though in person is always better.
